The urge to protect is something that defines a man. It in stills in a man a passion, a drive to serve the nation and protect it from the shadows. That is the work of a guardian, someone who does not seek credit but helps in progress and watches from the sidelines the fruits of his/her labour.
While we sleep everyday, while we rest peacefully and go about doing our jobs and regular lives, someone is protecting us. Someone who has not had proper sleep or food for a long time because protecting the nation is their duty, their life’s motto. That’s the Indian Army.
Every year, millions of candidates apply for exams like CDS, NDA/NA and other to realise their dream of protecting our motherland. The only a handful get the honour. They are the ones who make sure that our economy and stability never falters. From temperatures below -20 degree Celsius to above 40 degree Celsius, they carry the heavy burden on the back, the tricolour on their uniform and pride in their hearts.
It is to help such brave hearts who risk their lives, that Muskan was formed. While we believe in providing education and health care, we also believe in serving the ones who serve the nation and protect it without expecting something in return just like our brave hearts at the border. In no way do we compare to their sacrifice.
Since its formation, Muskan has held many events. These were for charity, fundraising and spreading awareness. The subject of Army Welfare is an important part of it all. We might not be able enough to support the immense body that the army is as a whole, but we try to help them how-so-ever we can through our events.
Muskan regularly organizes donation and fund raising events aimed at getting money to give to the family of army personnel and martyrs. Many unfortunately have to sacrifice their lives on the line of duty to protect our futures. Muskan, in turn, helps to protect the future of the family of these martyrs.
While the government is doing its part of supporting the family of army personnel and those who gave their lives with a smile on their face, we want to help in the effort. No help is small and so we believe in serving the nation by doing our part.
Providing financial support, helping with medical bills and proving scholarships for educations are few of the things that Muskan does to help the family members of army personnel. We help in putting a smile on the faces of those whose family members put their lives on the line to put a smile on our faces. Help is always appreciated. You can help us by serving them better.
